Bill Singer draws on over 40 years of legal experience when helping create families. He publishes articles, advises on the drafting of legislation, and speaks at legal conferences both nationally and internationally. A Fellow of the American Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys, Bill is a recognized expert in parentage rights. He founded the Family Law Institute, a joint venture of the LGBT Bar and NCLR. He is a perennial recipient of the NJ Super Lawyers designation, a recognition given based on peer nomination, independent research, and peer evaluation.
Michael Fedun's practice includes representation of individuals, businesses and non-profits in transactions, business interactions and in courts throughout New Jersey. He brings over twenty five years of experience to his hands on personal practice and provides effective representation of his clients, with an eye towards accessibility and cost-effective results. Michael maintains strong ties to his local and legal communities with involvement in civic organizations. He is currently the President of the Somerset County Bar Association.
John Passante, an Associate at Singer & Fedun, focuses on ART law and other types of family creation. John served as a judicial clerk to The Honorable Robert J. Passero, Assignment Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, Passaic Vicinage. John earned his law degree from American University’s Washington College of Law. He earned his Master of Education from Rutgers University’s Graduate School of Education. John graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Rutgers University, Rutgers College.
